Here are 15 Easy-to-do ways to start todaySo simple, why not do all 15?

1.  Get those 8 hours of Zzzzz's a night
2.  Stay hydrated - drink 8-8 oz. glasses of water a day
3.  Eat 3-4 servings of fruits/veges a day
4.  Eat more protein - Your body weight in ounces a day
5.  Avoid soda
6.  Heat up your food- with spices and peppers
7.  Stand instead of sit
8.  Eat breakfast
